Videonasolaryngoscopy represented a great advance for Otorhinolaryngology. It not only allows the anatomical and structural assessment of different segments that involve this specialty, but also enables dynamic assessment in different functions such as singing, swallowing and speech. This work is based on the experience of different groups in the discipline of Otorhinolaryngology at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of São Paulo and sought to address the versatility of this exam. The chapters bring theoretical information, with the aim of providing a foundation in anatomy and physiology concepts, and practices, including evaluation protocols. The book is richly illustrated with photos obtained by nasofibroscopy and telescopy.
