Corrections are shown in bold-face type. In the monograph for Aminophylline (pages 36-38) Dosage section-third paragraph should read: Diuretic: Adjunctive therapy in critically ill children unresponsive to furosemide or in those who are diuretic-dependent. Low-dose aminophylline as a single loading dose of 3 mg/kg over 30 min(12) or a loading dose of 3 mg/kg over 20 min followed by 0.5 mg/kg/hr.(13) Please make this correction in all copies of Pediatric Injectable Drugs, 10th Edition (The Teddy Bear Book) and to communicate the corrections to all others on your staff who may use the book.
