Aims and Scope
The Journal of Clinical Ultrasound: Sonography and other Imaging Techniques (JCU) is an international journal dedicated to the worldwide dissemination of scientific information on diagnostic and therapeutic applications of multimodality medical imaging including ultrasound, magnetic resonance, computed tomography and nuclear medicine.
The scope of the journal includes all areas of medical imaging of all body systems including cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, nervous system, head and neck, chest, breast, musculoskeletal system, and other structures. Important segments are fetal and pediatric multimodality imaging, as well as interventional imaging. Studies comparing different imaging modalities are more than welcome.
JCU publishes original research articles, review articles and meta-analysis, case reports, pictorial essays, technical notes, commentaries, and letters to the editor. The journal is dedicated to serve as an educational resource for its readers, through the publication of various types of article from world-renowned experts in imaging. Special issues will be devoted to topics of interest, as we want to fulfill the expectations of our readers to publish the latest information that modern medical imaging provides.
