DIN SPEC 91020 was published on July 4, 2012 and is the world’s first publicly recognized standard for a certifiable company health management system. Companies invest large amounts of resources in health promotion measures, but mostly without systematic analysis and sustainability. The book offers guidelines for the systematic introduction and optimization of WHM for the internal and external actors of an organization, regardless of its industry or size. It is one of the handbooks that are already on the market for various standards (e.g. DIN 9001) and describes in a clear form how company health management (BGM) can be introduced and operated in a company in accordance with the requirements of DIN SPEC 91020 . The original text of DIN SPEC 91020 is included. Martin Kaminski played a key role in the design of the SCOHS standard (see www.scohs.de) and DIN SPEC 91020.
