This book is for the current Cranial Osteopathic practitioner. It looks into Cranial Osteopathy from a more profound ‘inner’ approach to help the practitioner to understand Cranial Osteopathy from a deeper and broader perspective. The book starts by taking the reader on an ‘inner’ journey of understanding more about themselves as the practitioner, discussing the ‘osteopathic toolbox’, and the need to be ‘inner centred’ when diagnosing and treating. Each chapter gives an overview of the relevant anatomy and discusses the osteopathic relevance and new ways of working. These exercises should be done ‘at the treatment table’ and will prepare the reader to use the approaches described with their patients.
