Topics include upper and lower endoscopy, procedural sedation, colonoscopy, devices and tools for endoscopy, electrocautery, foreign body removal, pathology and radiology; percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy, GI emergencies and upper and lower GI bleeding.
Learning Objectives

- Analyze the associated radiologic and/or pathologic findings associated with such cases
- Discuss the clinical presentation, endoscopic management, and follow-up of such cases

- Determine techniques for managing acute upper and lower GI bleeding
- Recognize the principles of feeding tube placement
